I didn’t even know that the tongue can determine all of our diseases… Scientifically proven

In addition to its functions, the tongue is also a mirror of the body, which can be used to determine immunity, diabetes, and even problems with the kidneys.

A clean, plaque-free tongue is a sign of a healthy digestive system. But it’s not as simple as that.

The tongue can reflect the condition of almost all organs and systems.

For example, the tip of the tongue represents the pelvic organs, the middle left side represents the liver, and the right side represents the spleen.
The lateral edges show the condition of the lungs – right and left. And so on.

Plaque covers the tongue with dysbacteriosis, stomatitis, fungal lesions, and so on.

In chronic alcohol intoxication, the tongue is covered with a brown plaque almost y root.

A bluish tinge on the tongue indicates cardiovascular insufficiency in middle-aged people long before the appearance of “heaviness” in the heart, pain, and sudden weakness.
